Before entering the insurance industry, Xavier built his career in customer service leadership and logistics, including serving as a Site Manager where he oversaw day-to-day operations while working one-on-one with customers from all walks of life. These experiences strengthened his ability to problem-solve, communicate effectively, and remain calm and dependable in high-responsibility environments. He was drawn to insurance by the opportunity to truly help others and found a purpose-driven approach that aligned with his values.

Xavier is motivated by a deep desire to grow, improve, and build a meaningful future—both for himself and for his two daughters, who inspire everything he does. He strives to lead by example, showing them the importance of hard work, integrity, and persistence. Outside of work, Xavier enjoys spending time near the water, exploring hiking trails, and expressing his creativity through a long-standing print and embroidery business with close friends, reflecting the balance, dedication, and care he brings to both his life and his work.
