His professional journey began immediately after high school when he seized an opportunity to work as Director of Media Services in Virginia, where he spent two years mastering video editing, filming, graphic design, and motion graphics. It was during this creative period that his passion shifted toward web development. Robert transitioned into software development while maintaining his media responsibilities, eventually dedicating himself fully to building internal tools and modernizing legacy systems. Most recently, he worked as a founding engineer at Neuroscale, where he helped develop Arbi, an AI-powered HR sourcing and outreach platform. His achievement in building a meaningful career without a college degree reflects his willingness to take calculated risks and shape his own professional trajectory.
