Raymond Silvia

Raymond Silvia brings a strong sense of service and dedication to his role as a Sales Supervisor. Originally from New Bedford, Massachusetts, Raymond now resides in Tampa, Florida, where he continues to build meaningful connections with clients and help them navigate important decisions for their families’ futures. After serving in the United States Army in artillery, Raymond returned to civilian life with a focus on personal and professional growth. He earned his AA in Business Administration and went on to complete a B.A. in Criminology from the University of South Florida.

With a foundation in leadership and a passion for helping others, Raymond transitioned into the insurance industry in 2019, where he quickly advanced into team leadership and management roles. Today, his focus remains on providing families with the guidance and support they need to feel secure about their future. Inspired by the resilience of his youngest brother Dalton, Raymond strives to make a lasting impact—whether it’s mentoring his team, supporting his clients, or creating a stable and fulfilling life for his loved ones. In his free time, he enjoys sports, weightlifting, grilling, and spending time with family.
