Orlando Rodriguez is a Medicare Sales Agent based in Florida who was born and raised in Miami. He joined the U.S. Army at 17 years old and completed advanced training in logistics, then built a career that took him from Amazon, where he graduated from Amazon Robotics University and became an Area Floor Manager, to Brooksville Pharmaceutical and T-Mobile, where he ranked 45th out of 378 nationally in sales in 2024. Orlando is fluent in Spanish and is glad to assist clients in their preferred language, always looking for new ways to help the people he talks to.
Orlando’s biggest motivation is his 9 year old son, and he says hearing him say “I love you dad” is all he needs to keep going.
Outside of work, he’s usually planning the next family cruise, chasing sun and sand at the beach, or adding to his Lego and silver collections. Ask him about history or science and be ready for a deep dive, since he is proud to call himself a bit of a nerd at heart.
