Lowry “Pepper” Coe

Lowry “Pepper” Coe brings 14 years of revenue marketing expertise to Elite Insurance Partners, with six of those years in director-level leadership roles. Originally from Gaithersburg, Maryland, Pepper now resides in St. Petersburg, Florida. He holds a B.S. in Marketing and Public Relations from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Throughout his career, Pepper has developed a pragmatic, data-driven approach to marketing strategy—one that prioritizes results over methodology. Most recently, he spent three years as a Director of Marketing in the cybersecurity and IT compliance space, where he developed a go-to-market strategy that doubled the company’s revenue. Prior to that, he led demand generation initiatives for both HealthTech and FinTech SaaS companies and played a key role in taking a HealthTech startup to acquisition. His early career in media, publishing, and event marketing gave him a strong foundation in growth strategy and event management across digital and in-person channels. Pepper’s drive comes from a desire to provide for his family and create the freedom to explore the world with his wife—to hike new peaks, experience different cultures, and meet new people. He’s equally motivated by the goal of building something he’ll feel proud of when looking back on his life.

Outside of work, Pepper stays active with a genuine passion for sports. Though football has been central to his life—he’s played, coached high school, and even developed his own SaaS product for football teams—he enjoys basketball and volleyball equally. You’ll find him paddleboarding, pickleball-ing, or exploring the outdoors most weekends, often at the beach. Travel is another major priority; Pepper embraces adventure and new experiences with genuine enthusiasm, particularly those unexpected moments that make for great stories. He’s also an avid fantasy and science-fiction enthusiast who’s recently begun writing his own series for fun.

HobbiesFootball has always been a major part of my life, I played, coached high school, and developed my own SaaS product targeting football teams. But I enjoy all sports, especially basketball and volleyball (outside of football).Otherwise, we enjoy being outdoors. On the weekends you'll typically find me at the beach, paddleboarding, pickleballing, or just about anything that involves movement. We enjoy traveling as well. I'm open to visiting anywhere and everywhere. New experiences are always welcome. My ideal travel is when things don't go right - nobody enjoys a story about how you went to dinner and it was lovely - I would rather tell the story about when my passport was stolen in Colombia and the police asked for a bribe so I could travel domestically - those are the good ones to tell when I'm 80! Outside of the healthy stuff, I enjoy going to a good brewery or seeing a good movie. Always have to give yourself time to winddown.
MotivationMy motivation is simple; to provide for my small family and give my wife and I the freedom to explore the world, eat new foods, hike to new peaks, experience new cultures, and meet new people. Secondarily, I want to work hard enough that I feel proud of my accomplishments one day. I don't want to look back at my life and see that I coasted through without breaking a sweat.
