Josef Sieber is the Director of Technology based in Tampa, Florida, where he was also born and raised. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from St. John Fisher University and a Master’s degree in Data Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology. With a strong background in analytics, machine learning, and application development, Josef brings a strategic and innovative approach to supporting the systems and technology that enhance client experiences.
Throughout his career, Josef has worked with leading organizations such as Raymond James, Nielsen, and C3.ai, where he focused on building data-driven solutions, improving operational efficiency, and developing scalable tools that support business growth. His work has centered on simplifying complex processes and creating systems that allow teams to better serve clients with accuracy and consistency.
Motivated by his family and a passion for solving meaningful problems, Josef is dedicated to using technology to make a positive impact. He is driven by the opportunity to help others succeed—whether through improving systems or guiding individuals toward fulfilling career paths. Outside of work, Josef enjoys weightlifting, MMA, and spending time unwinding with friends and family.
