Joel Gonzalez brings more than 10 years of sales and business development experience to his role as a Medicare Sales Agent at Elite Insurance Partners, having driven client acquisition and revenue growth across telecommunications, fitness, financial services, hospitality, and automotive industries. A Tampa native and Leto High School graduate, Joel went on to study Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales University before building a career as a consistent top-performing closer, including three consecutive years as a Spectrum Elite Award recipient. In high school he was a three-year varsity letterman in basketball and an All-Conference All-Star in Hillsborough County, a competitive streak that still shows up in how he works today.
Joel’s wife and three children are his biggest motivation, and providing them security, happiness, and opportunity is what drives him to perform at his best every day. He is also committed to giving back, with a goal of supporting community organizations that help local individuals and families in need.
Outside of work, he stays active with basketball, weightlifting, and mixed martial arts, and loves exploring new restaurants and local spots with his family. Despite his tough exterior, he says he is actually a really good dancer.
