Hector Bachier

Hector Bachier is a Medicare Sales Agent at Elite Insurance Partners, bringing nearly nine years of insurance experience to his role. Originally from Tampa, Hector now resides in Florida and has built a career grounded in genuine understanding of both healthcare and sales. His journey began at St. Joseph’s Hospital, where he worked as an ER Transporter while earning his Florida 2-15 Life and Health license through BayCare’s tuition assistance program. This early exposure to healthcare proved formative, giving him insight into the industry that informs his work today. After developing his sales expertise at USHEALTH Advisors and achieving significant success at Best Insurance Group where he produced over $1.5 million in annualized volume. Ultimately, he found his passion pulling him back to insurance sales, most recently in Medicare, where he discovered both quick success and renewed purpose. Hector is now excited to bring his full background in healthcare, business development, and insurance to Elite Insurance Partners, where he can build a long-term career.

What motivates Hector most is his family and the responsibility of providing them with stability and opportunity. He’s driven by growth and competition, setting ambitious goals and taking pride in knowing his efforts directly translate to results.

Outside of work, Hector is an athletic basketball player who enjoys staying active and spending quality time with his family. He’s deeply engaged with his local church, including youth ministry, and nurtures his personal growth through reading and listening to podcasts on business, faith, and self-improvement. He also enjoys traveling, trying new experiences, and exploring creative projects and podcasting.
