Garrett Hayes

Garrett Hayes is a Licensed Agent based in Lutz, Florida, and a Tampa native. He attended Steinbrenner High School before continuing his education at the University of Florida and Pasco-Hernando State College. Garrett brings a strong background in customer-facing roles, where he developed a reputation for reliability, attention to detail, and providing thoughtful, personalized service.

His professional experience includes working with a local florist, where he handled deliveries and event setups for weddings, fundraisers, and corporate functions, as well as several years in the hospitality industry at Iavarone’s Italian Steakhouse. There, he progressed from entry-level roles to leadership positions, managing private events and ensuring exceptional experiences for guests. These roles helped shape his ability to connect with people, anticipate needs, and deliver support in meaningful ways.

Garrett is motivated by the opportunity to build a stable, long-term career that allows him to grow and create a secure future. He is driven by personal milestones such as homeownership and building a life with his partner, and he brings that same sense of purpose to helping others plan for their future. Outside of work, Garrett enjoys cooking from scratch, staying active outdoors, fishing, scuba diving, and spending time with his dog.
