Chayce Bickerdike brings more than 15 years of sales, account management, and business development experience to his role as a Medicare Sales Agent at Elite Insurance Partners, most recently in high-volume bullion sales and banking transactions at Elemetal, where he was named Leader of the Year for 2024. Originally from Longview, Texas, Chayce now lives in Tarpon Springs, Florida, and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Texas. Before his 15-year run in sales, he spent years in hospitality management with Omni Hotels and Resorts, where he was hand-picked from his university internship class for their year-long Leadership in Development program at the flagship property in Las Colinas.
What keeps Chayce motivated is simple: he loves the chase, whether that is closing a sale or reeling in a fish, and he loves the feeling of knowing he has helped someone.
Outside of work, he can usually be found fishing, working on leather tooling projects, trying out a new restaurant, or spending time with his girlfriend and their two pets. He is also the go-to source for random trivia in his circle, known affectionately as “Chayce’s Fun Facts,” and he is surprisingly handy in the kitchen.
