Alyssa Scites joined Elite Insurance Partners in 2022 and has built her career through a variety of roles within the organization. Beginning as a Recruiter, she later transitioned into technology-focused positions including IT Applications Specialist and Business Analyst before stepping into her current role as Project Manager. In her position, Alyssa helps lead cross-functional initiatives, improve operational processes, and support technology-driven solutions that enhance efficiency across the organization.
Alyssa’s professional development includes earning her Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification and pursuing Business Management studies at the University of South Florida, both of which contributed to her strong foundation in leadership and strategic thinking..
With a background in hospitality and customer service, Alyssa brings adaptability, collaboration, and a people-first mindset to every project she takes on. Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys quality time with family, friends, and her dog Archie, along with exploring new experiences and adventurous activities like skydiving, ziplining, and white water rafting.
