In a first of its kind position for our sales department, Juan is dedicated to producing top-quality sales agents with industry leading qualifications.
Juan brings over 25 years of successful sales experience and has managed multiple call centers with over 1,000 employees at the same time. In his previous roles, Juan achieved multiple sales awards and President’s Club recognitions. At EIP we know Juan’s fresh perspective and goal-oriented mentality will positively impact our sales team’s all-around performance.
Juan’s responsibilities will encompass overseeing the day-to-day operations of our rapidly growing sales agent team, sales supervisors, and sales manager as well as ensuring our sales team meet various Key Performance Indicators and sales goals. He will also ensure a high morale and culture among agents on the sales floor.
Juan has a passion for teamwork, collaboration, and producing positive results. He is always up for a challenge and does not stop until he has exceeded every expectation set before him. This character is exactly what he hopes to bring to our team of sales agents and leadership.
