Your First 90 Days
Month by month, what the ramp actually looks like.
Paid On-The-Job Training
Once you are licensed and officially cleared to start with Elite Insurance Partners, you will begin paid training at $30/hour. You will learn our systems, carriers, compliance process, scripting, phone flow, and sales process with support from the team.
First Live Calls
Start making outbound calls to warm, in-house generated leads who have already shown interest. You will continue receiving coaching, feedback, and live call reviews as you build confidence on the phones.
Your Own Pipeline
By Day 90, you should be running your own queue, building a steady pipeline, and growing through performance-based commission opportunities with a clear path to the next level.
