Roger Sikes

Roger Sikes is the Director of Analytics at Elite Insurance Partners. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from the University of Central Arkansas and has hands on experience in various marketing positions across several industries including Medicare and lead buying.

Rogers professional goals are to never stop learning. He believes learning is key to success in any position. One of his greatest passions is identifying areas for growth and improvement while helping his team learn and grow.

Outside of work, Roger is a High School club softball coach. He enjoys working with his team and cheering on his daughter who will be playing collegiate softball at Ellsworth Community College in Iowa Falls, IA this fall.
