Ricca Gonzalez

Ricca Gonzalez is a licensed insurance agent at Elite Insurance Partners. She holds an associates degree in business management and plans to continue her education to obtain a bachelors degree.

Prior to joining EIP, Ricca worked as a TSA agent and in the service industry. Professionally, Ricca hopes to work her way into a leadership position by learning as much as possible from her peers, mentors, and leaders.

Ricca believes you can never stop learning and education only helps you grow as an individual and as an employee.

Outside of work, she enjoys being a part of her community, fitness, and is always learning new things.
