A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONTACT CENTER DIRECTOR
As our Contact Center Director, you help us meet our massive growth goals head-on. Facing goals that would overwhelm others, you get excited about the possibilities! You oversee the recruiting and training of the sales teams. Under your exceptional leadership, morale is high, and the supervisors have the tools they need to coach their teams. Everyone is inspired to continue crushing goals. Highly collaborative, you coordinate with other departments to ensure that goals are met. Though you love interacting with people, you are also organized and goal-oriented. You analyze metrics, forecast sales, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
