Licensing support comes first. Once you are licensed and cleared to start, paid on-the-job training begins at $30/hour while you learn our systems, carriers, and sales process.
Warm Leads, Generated In House
Leads are generated in house and provided to you. These are prospects who already showed interest by filling out a lead form, so your first call is to someone expecting it.

Your First 90 Days
Month by month, what the ramp actually looks like.
Licensing Support
If you are not already licensed, we will guide you through the licensing steps before your official start. This pre-start licensing period is not paid training, but it prepares you to begin the role ready to learn and ramp.
Paid On-The-Job Training
Once you are licensed and officially cleared to start, you will begin paid training at $30/hour. You will learn Elite Insurance Partners’ systems, carriers, compliance process, scripting, and sales flow with support from the team.
First Live Calls
Start making outbound calls to warm, in-house generated leads who have already shown interest. You will receive coaching, feedback, and live call reviews as you build confidence and consistency.
Building Your Pipeline
By Day 90, you should be working your queue, building a steady pipeline, improving your sales rhythm, and growing through performance-based commission opportunities.
