Applicant SMS Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the Elite Insurance Partners LLC recruiting text message (SMS) program for job applicants and candidates. This program is separate and distinct from the 78729 short code program described in our general Terms and Conditions at https://eliteinsurancepartners.com/terms-and-conditions/, which applies to insurance customers.

Program Description

Elite Insurance Partners LLC sends recurring text messages to job applicants and candidates regarding:

• Employment application status
• Interview scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
• Requests for information needed to process an application
• Open employment opportunities with Elite Insurance Partners

Messages are sent only by Elite Insurance Partners recruiting and human resources personnel. This program is not used to market or promote insurance products or services.

How to Opt In

Applicants opt in by selecting “Yes” to the SMS consent question on the Elite Insurance Partners employment application, available through our careers page at https://eliteinsurancepartners.com/careers/.

The SMS consent question is a required field with “Yes” and “No” options. An applicant must make a selection before the application can be submitted. Only applicants who select “Yes” are enrolled in this program.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment and is not required to submit or be considered for an application. Selecting “No” does not affect an applicant’s candidacy.

Elite Insurance Partners collects this consent directly from the applicant for this program only. We do not purchase, rent, or accept mobile numbers or SMS consent obtained by any other party.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies, up to 5 messages per week.

Cost

This is a standard rate SMS/MMS program and message and data rates may apply. Elite Insurance Partners is not responsible for charges assessed by your mobile carrier.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After opting out you will receive a one-time confirmation text acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed from further text messages. Opting out will not affect your job application or your candidacy for any position.

Privacy
