Consent

Providing your mobile phone number and selecting “Yes” to the SMS consent question on our employment application means you agree to receive recurring text messages from Elite Insurance Partners about your application and about employment opportunities with us.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment, is not required to submit an application, and will not affect how your application is evaluated. You may decline SMS messages and still apply and be fully considered for any position.

Information We Collect

When you apply for a position with Elite Insurance Partners, we collect:

• The date and time your consent was captured, and the position or application it was captured on

Your mobile phone number is used solely by Elite Insurance Partners recruiting and human resources personnel to contact you regarding:

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies, up to 5 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Elite Insurance Partners is not responsible for charges assessed by your mobile carrier.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which we will send no further recruiting text messages to that number. Opting out will not affect your job application or your candidacy for any position.

Retention
